Shipping policy

At KCWax Supplies, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. KCWax Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. KCWax Supplies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at kcwaxsupplies@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KCWax Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kcwaxsupplies@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
