Refund policy

At KCWax Supplies, we take pride in providing high-quality products and want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Used applicators or tools
  • Clearance, promotional, or wholesale items unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Gift cards

Return Requests

To start a return, please contact us at kcwaxsupplies@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and/or videos so we can review the issue.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Return Shipping

  • KCWax Supplies will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all other approved returns.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at kcwaxsupplies@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an issue with the order.

If there is a price difference between products:

  • Customers will be responsible for any additional balance owed for higher-priced items.
  • Any remaining balance for lower-priced items will be issued as store credit valid for 12 months.

Additional Policies

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders placed directly through www.kcwaxsupplies.com.

KCWax Supplies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KCWax Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
